| 人天生是一种政治动物,奠定了亚里士多德政治学的基调。他在前人理论基础上,立足于希腊城邦的现实来阐发其政治理论。作为天生政治动物的人,就是指一个城邦当中拥有政治权利的公民。城邦自然生成的过程,贯穿着人的对作为最高善的幸福的追求的天性;只有在城邦当中,人的许多本质属性才能真正得到展现,城邦是人之为人的前提。亚里士多德的城邦政治学奠定了西方政治学理论的基础,是西方政治思想史上的经典之作。 |

| Man is by nature an animal intended to live in a polis, settling a keynote for the politics of Aristotle. He elaborated his political theory based on the actuality of Greek polis on the basis of predecessors. The man as an animal by nature intends to live in a polis, is the citizenship who has the political rights in a polis. The process of the polis' forming by nature, runs through man 's nature that pursue the happiness as the highest good; only in a polis, could many essential attributions of man be really embodied, with the polis being the premise of a man as the man. Aristotle 's politics of polis settled the foundation of the western political theory, and is the classical writings in the history of western political thoughts. |
