| 高校服务区域经济社会发展是社会发展的要求,是高校践行基本职能的体现,也是高校自身发展的需要。高校要有效地服务区域经济社会发展,必须树立正确的理念,端正服务的目的,形成务实的指导思想。在服务区域经济社会发展实践中,高校要发挥自身优势,针对区域经济社会发展需求,通过科学研究、人力资源开发、文化辐射、决策咨询、合作共建等多种内容和渠道开展具体服务,并注重在组织、政策、市场、信息等方面打造平台,建立可靠的服务保障。 |

| It is the demand of social development and the embodiment of practicing their basic functions for colleges and universities to serve for the development of regionally economic society, which is also the need for the development of colleges and universities themselves. The correct idea should be established and the serving goal should be rectified for colleges and universities to serve for the development of regionally economic society, and the concrete guiding ideology should also be formed at the same time. During the practice of serving for the development of regionally economic society, the colleges and universities should base themselves on their own superiority and conduct some specific services through various methods and channels in view of the need for the development of regionally economic society, such as scientific research, development of human resources, cultural radiation, decision making consultation, cooperative construction, etc. Emphasis should be laid on building platforms in many respects such as organization, policy, market and information, and they should also establish guarantee of service. |
