| 高校培养创业型人才具有重大意义。创业型人才必备的素质主要有:强烈的创业意识、健康的心理素质、顽强的意志力、科学的冒险精神、出色的管理能力、博采众长的学习意识、一定的社会实践。高校培养创业型人才应转变教育理念,提升创业意识;注意非智力因素培养,强化大学生的“软实力”;加强实践教学,缩小社会适应周期;培养创业型教师,打造创业领军团队;营造创业文化,形成创业环境;完善评价要素,实施创业考核;设立创业基金,支持创业活动。 |

| Abstract: |
| Entrepreneur cultivation in colleges and universities is of great significance. Essential elements of entrepreneurial talent are:strong entrepreneurial sense, healthy psychology, strong will power, scientific adventurous spirit, excellent management capabilities, learning consciousness, and certain social practice experiences. Colleges and universities should cultivate entrepreneurship education from the following aspects:changing the education conception, enhancing their awareness; paying attention to the cultivation of non intellectual factors, strengthening students' "soft power"; strengthening practice teaching, reducing social adaptation period; cultivating entrepreneurial teachers, creating the leading business team, an entrepreneurial culture, and business environment; improving evaluation factors; implementing entrepreneurial assessment; establishing venture fund, and supporting business activities. |
