| Abstract: |
| Confronted with the climate change, energy crisis and ecological crisis, people have to think over again about the flaws and disadvantages of the traditional economic growth mode. Lowcarbon economy which is first put forward by UK government has been agreed on by most countries of the world and is being implemented with efforts. The global brains consider lowcarbon economy is an effective solution to get at the goal of people 's sustainable development. In the traditional economic growth mode, it has cost lots of energy and resources to maintain Shandong 's economic growth with the environment destroyed severely. To implement lowcarbon economy is the compulsory demand of coordinating Shandong economy with the energy and environment so as to realize the sustainable development of Shandong economy. |
