| 国外研究生培养模式主要有学徒式、专业式、协作式与教学式四种。中国研究生培养模式主要划分为学术型和应用型。借鉴国外教学式培养模式的理念,针对中国研究生培养的现状与问题,应构建基于团队学习的研究生培养模式。该模式的目标是培养研究生的创新思维与能力,培养过程强调学习小组的系统学习、深度学习,并对团队学习效果进行评价考核。该模式适合在中国应用性较强的人文社科类硕士研究生培养中推广。 |

| A Training Mode of Postgraduates Based on Team Learning from Comparison between China and Overseas |

| At abroad, the training mode of postgraduates includes apprenticeship type, professional type, cooperation type and teaching type. In China, the training mode of postgraduates is usually classified into academic type and application type. Based on logos of the training mode of teaching type abroad and the present conditions and problems of postgraduates education in China, we should set a training mode of postgraduates based on team learning. This mode aims to foster creative thinking and innovation ability, focuses on systematic and deep learning of learning teams, and assesses the effects of team learning periodically. The training mode of postgraduates based on team learning is suitable to popularize in the cultivation of graduate students in the widely applied humanity and social science disciplines in China. |
