| 改革开放以来,长江三角洲和珠江三角洲已经成为中国经济的龙头,在三角洲的开发和区域经济发展方面积累了宝贵的经验。目前,在国家大力开发黄河三角洲的政策背景下,随着这一国家战略的实施,黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的建设具备了一定的优势,但也存在着一些问题。因此,应该借鉴长江三角洲和珠江三角洲发展的经验,依靠区位优势,提高对外开放的水平,积极引进人才,实现产业升级,建立以东营市为核心的城市群,走自主创新的可持续发展之路。 |

| Since Chinese reform and opening up, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta has become the leader of Chinese economy, and accumulated valuable experience in the delta development and regional economic development. At present, the country is vigorously developing the Yellow River Delta under the policy background, with the national implementation of the strategy, the Yellow River Delta HighEfficiency Economic Zone has certain advantages, but there are also problems, so we should draw on the development experience of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, relying on the location advantages, to increase the level of opening-up, actively introduce talents, achieve industrial upgrading, and build urban agglomerations with Dongying being center, and to take the road of independent innovation and sustainable development. |
