| 中国高校招生规模总量和增长率均存在着显著的地区差异。通过对2008年全国各地区高校招生规模效率的综合评估可以看出:地区高校数量、地区GDP以及地区高中毕业生人数是地区高校招生规模差异的主要影响因素；各地区高校招生规模综合效率也存在着较大差异。为此,应限制高校招生规模综合效率低的地区扩招、鼓励综合效率高的地区扩招,最终将效率低的地区的扩招转移到效率高的地区,这样能够更有效地服务于普及高等教育的目标。 |

| China 's college enrollment scale has a significant regional disparity in both amount and growth rate. Through the comprehensive evaluation of each region 's college enrollment scale efficiency in 2008, it is found that the number of regional colleges, regional GDP and the number of high school graduates are the main factors driving the regional disparity in college enrollment scale and each region 's comprehensive efficiency in college enrollment scale differs. Therefore, enrollment expansion of regions with low efficiency should be constrained and that of regions with high efficiency should be motivated so as to transfer enrollment expansion of regions with low efficiency to that of regions with high efficiency, which can better serve the goal of popularizing higher education. |
