| 探讨支配中国共产党历史上先后形成的“抓革命、促生产”、“一个中心、两个基本点”、“三个代表”重要思想和“以人为本”科学发展观的执政理念产生的“特殊逻辑”,既可以加深对中国共产党执政理念本质内涵的理解,也有助于人们深刻认识执政理念生成的时代逻辑根据。改革开放前在中国社会发展中起主导和支配作用的“特殊逻辑”是“本本”和“原则”的至上性。新时代起支配作用的“逻辑”就是确立了“实践”对于“原则”的优先性和至上的权威,具体表现为中国共产党在自觉地探索中国特色社会主义道路、不断地完善中国特色社会主义理论体系的过程中,围绕着“什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义”这个基本问题,根据不同历史阶段的时代任务,提出有针对性的执政理念。 |

| From "Taking Class Struggle as the Key Link" to "Putting People First": Analysis of the Evolutional Logic of the CPC 's Governing Concept |

| Abstract: |
| An analysis of the evolutional logic of the governing concepts adopted by CPC such as "Grasp Revolution and Promote Production", "One Central Task and Two Basic Points", the important thought of the "Three Represents" and "Scientific Outlook on Development and Putting People First as its Core", will on one hand deepen our understanding of the meaning of the governing concepts, and on the other hand, show the historical logic out of which the concepts developed. The governing logic before the period of reform and opening up was "bookishness" and followed the imported principles earnestly, while now the practice has priority over the historically useful principles. In the period of reform and opening up CPC explores the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and improves the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics initiatively and thus adopts pertinent governing concepts which have their roots in the concrete tasks of different periods. |
