| 随着中国石油行业总体发展战略的调整,油田多种经营企业当前的发展已不利于中国石油行业总体发展战略的转变。为了顺应油田发展战略的部署,更好地为油田主营业务服务和为地方政府做贡献,研究油田多种经营企业的发展能力问题显得尤为重要。企业发展能力评价指标体系涵盖内容较多,可将评价指标分为几个子体系。油田多种经营企业发展能力评价体系包含财务指标体系和非财务指标体系两个子体系,可分别进行评价,再按权重计算最终综合得分。 |

| Abstract: |
| As CNPC is adjusting its overall development strategy, the current development of oilfield 's diversified business is not propitious for the conversion of CNPC 's strategy. In order to adjust to the strategy, serve the main business of the oil field better and make contributions to local government, research the corporate development capability comprehensive evaluation of diversified business in our country is particularly important. The evaluating indicators of enterprise comprehensive development ability covers a lot of contents, which can be divided into several levels. The assessment indicator system of oilfield 's diversified business development capability contains two subsystems which are financial and non-financial index systems. They can be evaluated separately, then calculate the final composite score by weighted value. |
