| 人才培养是高等教育的本质要求和根本使命。本科教育在整个高等教育体系中占有基础性和关键性的地位。本科教育既是一所大学办学的基础和关键,也是高水平研究型大学办学水平和核心竞争力的重要体现。在高水平研究型大学的视角下,审视本科教育的发展方向,遵循人才的成长规律,结合中国石油大学(华东)的办学实践,探讨了本科教育的地位和作用、本科教育的培养目标,提出了本科教育的培养体系以及推进本科教育的策略和方法。祈望为创建高水平研究型大学做出贡献。 |

| Talent training is an essential requirement and fundamental mission of higher education.The undergraduate education occupies a foundational and critical position in the whole higher education system.The undergraduate education is both a foundation and key part of a college education, and it is an important manifestation of a university 's educational level and core competitiveness. From the perspective of high-level research university, it is necessary to combine with the educational practice of China University of Petroleum (East China), examine the development direction of the undergraduate education by following the law of talent growth, discuss the position and role of undergraduate education, the training objectives of undergraduate education, and then put forward the training system of undergraduate education and the strategies and methods of promoting undergraduate education with the purpose of making a contribution to creating high-level research university. |
