| 在“走出去”战略的推动下,中国企业对外能源投资规模迅速扩张,但受到东道国政治经济环境的影响,投资风险也较为突出。以中国企业对莫桑比克的电力行业投资为例,莫桑比克电力行业仍有巨大市场空间,但其拥有特殊的行业准入和监管政策。中资企业在莫桑比克面临的风险较多,主要表现为政治风险、商业风险、征地和环评风险等。因此,中资公司可通过构建全面的投资保险体系、寻求政府支持、加强风险预测分析等措施来分散和化解投资风险。 |

| Abstract: |
| Driven by "Go Global" strategy, Chinese enterprises are making more investment in overseas energy sector. However, influenced by the political and economic environment of target country, they are facing obvious investment risks. Take Mozambique for instance, Mozambican power sector has huge investment potential, but it also has special industry access and regulatory policies which produce investment risks to Chinese enterprises, including political, commercial, land acquisition, environmental impact assessment risks, etc. Therefore, Chinese entities, aiming at investing in Mozambican power sector, can spread and mitigate investment risks by establishing comprehensive insurance systems, seeking governmental support, and enhancing risk expectation analysis, etc. |
