| The mission of student affairs work is to promote college students physical and mental growth, make them become harmonious people, in order to better adapt to the society and make them not only win the development right now, but also it is more important to win the sustainable development of the future. Therefore, student affairs should not only care about students, promote students to adult, but also encourage students to learn to do things, support students to become talents. Student affairs staff should guide college students to cultivate the ability of sustainable development through their own construction, by strengthening ideological and moral education, strengthening the concept of the students lifelong learning, etc. so as to establish a scientific evaluation system and provide students with practice platform and other pathways. |
