| 目前,青岛市文化产业发展取得了较好的成就:相关配套政策体系日益完备、文化产业呈现出集群化发展态势、文化产业增加值及占当年全市GDP比重在全国同类城市中排名前列。但通过与副省级城市的“对标”分析可以看出,青岛市文化产业发展还存在着产业增加值与国内发达城市相比差距较大、内部结构不尽合理、大项目核心竞争力不强等问题。为推动青岛市文化产业大发展,要继续深化文化体制改革;着重培育一家龙头文化企业在证券市场上市;着力实施大项目带动战略,尽快创建国家级文化产业示范园区;发挥青岛“本土优势”,打造全国知名特色海洋文化品牌;加快文化产业人才队伍建设。 |

| Abstract: |
| The development of cultural industry in Qingdao has obtained the following achievements, such as formulating relevant supporting policies, the cultural industry presenting the integrated development trend, the cultural industrial added value, accounting for the proportion of GDP ranking the forefront in cities of the same kind. Through benchmarking, we can discover many problems, such as the cultural industrial added value in Qingdao has a big gap compared with the developed cities, the internal structure is irrational, the big project core competitiveness is not strong. To promote the culture industrial in Qingdao, we must continue to deepen the reform of the cultural system, foster leading cultural enterprises listed on the stock market, to focus on the implementation of major project to drive the strategy as soon as possible to create a national cultural industry demonstration zone, build a national well-known characteristics of marine culture brand, and accelerate the construction of culture industry talents team. |
