| “文化软实力”这一概念由约瑟夫·奈的软实力概念发展而来,它成为分析国际问题的视角之一。中国援助非洲的政策包含了传统文化的“诚”和“信”、革命文化的国际主义精神和平等思想、改革文化的自主探索国家发展道路理念和经济先行的国家发展哲学等六个文化软实力因素。这些因素是中国在非洲文化软实力的重要精髓,对于提升中国在非洲的影响力具有重要的意义,促进了非洲国家和中国的积极互动。 |

| The concept of "cultural soft power", which is one of the perspectives for international study, has evolved from Joseph Nye 's soft power concept. And there are six cultural soft power factor in China 's aid policy to Africa, the "honesty" and "trust" (from traditional culture), the internationalism and equality ideology (from revolutionary culture), the idea of exploring national development path independently and the national development philosophy which press economic development should take precedence (from reform culture).These factors which enhance China 's influence in Africa and promote positive interaction between Africa and China are the important essence of Chinese cultural soft power in Africa. |
