| 海外非常规突发事件频发,对中国石油企业员工行为产生了不良影响,也影响到石油企业实施国际化战略。根据中国石油海外业务特征,研究非常规突发事件对员工行为的影响,采用粗糙集理论对影响员工行为的因素进行约减,构建影响海外员工行为的指标体系,在此基础上运用突变理论计算不同种类的事件对海外员工行为的影响度。结果表明,海外非常规突发事件对海外员工行为影响程度由大到小依次为社会安全事故、公共卫生事件和事故灾害。 |

| Abstract: |
| The frequent overseas unconventional emergencies have bad influence on behaviors of employees and international strategy of China petroleum enterprise. According to the characteristics of overseas business of China petroleum enterprise, the paper aims at studying the behavioral effect of staff caused by unconventional emergencies. Based on rough set theory, the factors that affect the behavior of employees are simplified and the corresponding indicator system is constructed. Then the impact degree which comes from different cases can be calculated with the catastrophe theory. The result shows that the impact degree of cases on the behaviors of overseas employees in descending order are social security incidents, public health emergencies and accident disasters. |
