| 大学的“三大职能”是人才培养、科学研究和社会服务。与此相对应,教育者、研究者和服务社会者是大学教师在职业中最主要的三种角色。理想情况下的大学教师是融教育者、研究者与服务社会者三种角色于一身并且三种角色都很出色的人,大学教师职业发展的目标就是顺利实现三种职业角色的有机统一。然而,由于多种因素的影响,现实生活中大学教师经常出现三种职业角色相矛盾和冲突的现象。化解大学教师的角色冲突,需要教师个人以及国家和社会特别是学校采取多方面的措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| The main functions of the university are talent cultivation, scientific research and social service. The university teachers generally assume three roles correspondingly, as educator, researcher and public service provider. Under ideal conditions, college teachers are the combinations of these three roles. Meanwhile the teachers should perform remarkably on the three aspects. The goal of university teachers profession development is to successfully integrate and merge the three profession roles together. However, there is always a contradiction and conflict in real life due to the effects of many factors. It is necessary that multiple measures be taken to resolve the role conflict of university teachers on the parts of the country, the society and the teachers themselves. |
