| 科技成果转化是高校学科建设的重要内容。目前,高校重点学科科技成果转化还存在着思想认识不到位、价值取向有偏差、管理机制体制不完善等问题。应当创新重点学科科技成果转化管理机制,加强宣传引导,严格立项申报,提高指标权重,强化过程监管,做好对接服务,健全管理体制,促进重点学科科技成果转化,增强高校重点学科服务社会和经济发展的能力。 |

| Abstract: |
| The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in scientific research is an important content of the discipline construction in colleges and universities. However, the key disciplines achievements transformation is still facing lots of problems, such as poor awareness, deviation in value orientation, and imperfect management system and mechanism. To change and improve this situation, the innovation of its management mechanism is badly needed. Meanwhile, we should strengthen the propaganda and guidance, perform strict project declaration, improve the index weight, strengthen process supervision, promote the docking services, and perfect the management system. Only by doing that can college key disciplines ability in serving the society and economic development be really enhanced. |
