| Adhering to the green development is the development pattern that is emphasized at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. With strong feasibility, economic benefit and environmental benefit, circular economy can effectively alleviate the reinforcement of resource energy constraints, the problem of serious environmental pollution and severe climate stress resulted from current economic growth pattern. It is very significant to set up the circular economy model in which the central, the local, enterprises and the public each play their different roles. This model can help break current extensive economic growth pattern and establish eco-friendly development model. |
