| 相比国家与省级区域创新体系,地区区域创新体系对企业研发创新行为的影响更为直接。立足青岛市区域创新体系,基于该地区上市公司微观视角,理论剖析并实证检验青岛市区域创新体系对所属地区上市公司研发创新投入的影响,并进一步基于直接产出(专利产出)和经济产出(产品市场业绩和会计业绩)双重视角,考察该地区区域创新体系对企业研发创新产出的影响。研究发现,青岛市区域创新体系显著促进青岛市上市公司的研发投入,带来了企业专利产出的增加,但未提升企业产品市场业绩,且降低了企业会计业绩,这表明青岛市区域创新体系有待于进一步完善,以促进企业研发创新效率的提升。 |

| The municipal regional innovation system has a more direct impact on corporate R&D behavior than the national and provincial regional innovation systems. Based on the regional innovation system of Qingdao and the micro perspective of listed companies in the region, theoretical analysis and empirical test of the impact of Qingdao 's regional innovation system on R&D investment of listed companies in its region are carried out, and the impact of regional innovation systems on R&D output is further examined based on the direct output (patent output) and the dual perspectives of economy output (product market performance and accounting performance). The study finds that the regional innovation system of Qingdao has significantly promoted the R&D investment of listed companies in Qingdao, which has brought about an increase in the company 's patent output. However, the market performance of the company 's products is not improved and the accounting performance of enterprises is reduced, which indicates that the regional innovation system of Qingdao needs to be further improved to raise the efficiency of enterprise R&D. |
