| 中国共产党区域经济发展思想是党建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。建国以来,党对各个时期的区域经济发展实行不同的战略:计划经济体制下的区域均衡布局战略(1949—1978年),改革开放初期的非均衡发展战略(1978—1995年),市场经济体制完善中的区域协调发展战略(1995年—),科学发展战略(2003年—)。党对区域经济发展战略探索的基本经验是:必须处理好公平与效率的关系;必须处理好计划经济和市场经济的关系;必须处理好经济发展与社会发展的关系。 |

| Abstract: |
| The thoughts of the Communist Party for regional economy is an important part of the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics. Since the founding of the PRC, the Communist Party implement different developing strategies for regional economy at different periods:regional balanced-layout strategy under the planned economic system (1945-1978); non-balanced developing strategy at the beginning of China's reform and opening up (1978-1995); regional coordinated development strategy under the background of developing socialist market economy system(1995-); scientific development strategy(2003-). After the practice for several decades, the Communist Party has summarized the experience of developing regional economy:we must manage the relationship between fairness and efficiency, deal with the relationship between the economy and market economy in a suitable way and handle with the relationship between economy develop and social progress appropriately. |
