| 构建“人类命运共同体”的倡议之所以能够赢得普遍认可与广泛共鸣,是因为在全球化时代潮流和层出不穷的人类共同难题挑战下,它积极回应了各国对和平发展、经济繁荣、文化多元、生态美好的共同诉求。共同诉求意蕴着具有共识:和平发展的趋势化意蕴着安全共识,经济发展的全球化意蕴着利益共识,文化发展的多元化意蕴着价值共识,生态危机的扩大化意蕴着责任共识,这些多维共识促使各国意识到只有达成“同呼吸、共命运、齐发展”的命运共同体意识和“天下一家”的大家庭理念,才能实现全球的“共建共享、共治共荣”。 |

| Abstract: |
| The reason why the initiative of building a " a Community of Shared Future for Mankind " has won wide recognition and resonance is that it is an active response to the common aspirations of all countries for peaceful development, economic prosperity, cultural diversity and ecological well-being in the face of challenges such as the trend of globalization and the emerging common problems of mankind. Common appeal implies common consensus:the trend of peaceful development implies security consensus, the globalization of economic development implies interest consensus, the diversification of cultural development implies value consensus, and the expansion of ecological crisis implies responsibility consensus. These multi-dimensional consensuses urge countries to realize that global "co-construction and sharing, governance and common prosperity" can be achieved only when all hold the sense of community of common destiny and the concept of "we are one world ". |
