| 年拜登在美国大选中获胜,拜登表示美国将重返《巴黎协定》,通过一系列能源政策来应对气候变化。选取拜登竞选时提出的三个有关能源政策的计划文本和中国国务院新闻办公室发布的《新时代的中国能源发展》白皮书,自建语料库,运用软件LancsBox v.5对语料中的高频词和搭配词进行对比分析,“能源”(energy)、“清洁”(clean)同时出现于两个语料库的高频词中,说明两国都在为减少污染、逐步向清洁能源转型作出努力；拜登政府通过提出一系列政策、加大能源技术资金和人力投入,以确保美国技术领先乃至主导世界,中国则强调通过国际合作应对气候变化,共同促进全球能源可持续发展。 |

| A Comparative Analysis of Chinese and US Discourses of Energy Policy under the Background of Biden 's Election |

| Abstract: |
| With Biden 's government winning the U.S. election in 2020, Biden said the United States would return to the Paris Agreement and adopt a series of energy policies to deal with climate change. Three articles on energy proposed by Biden during the election campaign are selected and compared with the white paper of "Energy in China 's New Era (2020) " released by the Information Office of China 's State Council through a self-built corpus. The high frequency words and collocates are compared by LancsBox v.5 and the findings are as follows:among the high frequency words, "clean" and "energy" occur in both discourses, which indicates that both China and the U.S. are making great efforts to reduce pollution to achieve transition to clean energy; however, the collocation series of the two words reveal that the Biden Administration puts forward a series of policies to increases its capital and labor force investment to ensure its leadership in technology and dominance over the world; the Chinese government highlights the importance of international cooperation in tackling climate change and joint efforts to promote global energy sustainability. The change of the US energy policies will affect the world energy trend and security. The comparative analysis of energy policy discourse will provide valuable reference for the government and energy institutions to draft policies concerning energy security. |
