| 全球价值链已成为世界经济增长的重要引擎,沿价值链的经济生产活动对能源与环境产生深刻影响,价值链治理逐渐成为各国政府及学术界关注的热点问题。回顾价值链及其能源环境影响的核算方法,发现其经过不断改进逐渐趋于完善,且主要应用于宏观层面研究。进一步归纳价值链能源环境的影响机理并综述相关的实证研究,发现现有文献主要从价值链参与程度、分工地位两个方面展开。最后,对价值链能源环境影响研究未来可能的方向进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: |
| Global value chains (GVCs) have become a key engine of global economic growth, whose economic activities exert a profound influence on energy and environment and whose governance has become a subject of current interest of both government and academia. This paper reviews the methodologies of accounting for global value chains and the impacts on energy and environment, which suggests that the accounting methods, chiefly used at the macro level, are undergoing an incremental improvement. The paper further clarifies the mechanisms of impacts of GVCs on energy and environment with relevant empirical studies and concludes that the current study is centering on GVCs degree and position. Finally, the paper analyzes the prospective impacts of GVCs on energy and environment. |
