多重异质下环境规制影响资源型城市绿色发展的传导机制研究

摘要:
为探究环境规制对资源型城市绿色发展的影响机理与传导路径,以中国95座地级资源型城市2007—2020年面板数据为样本,采用B-K中介效应模型分析环境规制的传导机制,并在此基础上,选取“空间区位+资源依赖度+发展阶段”三重异质性进行分析,探究环境规制对资源型城市绿色发展传导机制的异质特征。研究发现:环境规制与资源型城市绿色发展呈“倒U型”曲线关系;环境规制可以通过技术创新提升、产业结构调整、引导外商投资、人力资本积累4条路径间接促进资源型城市绿色发展;环境规制的中介效应具有显著的区域异质性,其中空间差异对其影响较大。

Research on the Transmission Mechanism of the Impact of Environmental Regulations on the Green Development of Resource-based Cities under Multiple Heterogeneity

Abstract:
In order to explore the impacting mechanism and conduction path of environmental regulation on the green development of resource-based cities, this paper selects the panel data of resource-based cities in China from 2007 to 2020 as the sample, and then uses the B-K mediation effect model to analyze the transmission mechanism of environmental regulation. On this basis, this paper explores the heterogeneous characteristics of the transmission mechanism of environmental regulation under the triple classification of "spatial location + resource dependence + development stage". The results showed that there is an inverted U-shaped curve relationship between environmental regulation and green development of resource-based cities. In addition, environmental regulation can indirectly prornote the green development of resource-based cities through four paths:technological innovation promotion, industrial structure adjustment, guiding foreign investment, and human capital accumulation. The mediating effect of environmental regulation has significant regional heterogeneity, and the spatial difference has a greater impact on it.
