| 当前全球数字经济发展势头迅猛,数字技术和信息化的发展使得中国在全球数字贸易市场拥有了一定的市场份额和竞争优势,而中国在国际数字贸易规则制定中并没有先行争取话语权,占据主导优势。为了推动形成有利于中国数字经济发展的良好环境,实现中国数字贸易规则与国际协定的有效融合,中国应充分利用现已具备的数字贸易发展优势,在数字贸易平台打造自己的合作圈,对自身数字贸易规则进行完善升级,不断推动中国数字经济发展。 |

| At present, the global digital economy is developing rapidly, and the development of digital technology and informatization has made China have a certain market share and competitive advantage in the global digital trade market. However, China has not won the right to speak first in the formulation of international digital trade rules, occupying a dominant advantage. In order to promote the formation of a favorable environment conducive to the development of China 's digital economy and realize the effective integration of China 's digital trade rules with international agreements, China should make full use of its existing advantages in the development of digital trade, build its own cooperation circle on the digital trade platform, improve and upgrade its own digital trade rules, and constantly promote the development of China 's digital economy. |
