| 由中央全面依法治国工作会议阐释为“马克思主义法治理论中国化最新成果”的习近平法治思想的形成有三个标志。标志性事件是党的十八届四中全会,其主要贡献是确定全面推进依法治国总目标,通过《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,阐述习近平法治思想六大核心观点。标志性文献是党的十八届四中全会期间及其前后一段时间形成的《加快建设社会主义法治国家》等“全面依法治国”重要著作,这组著作是党的十八届四中全会主要贡献的基本载体,对习近平法治思想做了系统、全面、集中的表述。标志性理论成果是提出并系统阐述建设中国特色社会主义法治体系、建设社会主义法治国家的思想,提出法治体系新范畴是习近平法治思想对人类法治思想宝库最突出的理论贡献。 |

| Signs of the formation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law |

| There are three landmarks in the formation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, which has been interpreted by the Central Working Conference on Comprehensively Ruling the Country by Law as "the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxist theory of the rule of law". The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is the landmark event, whose main contribution was to set the overall goal of comprehensively promoting law-based governance, adopt the "Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Advancing the Rule of Law", and elaborate the six core ideas of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. Important works on "overall law-based governance" such as "Accelerating the Establishment of Socialist Rule of Law in China" are the landmark documents, which were formed before and after the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.The works are the basic carriers of the main contributions of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and which have provided a systematic, comprehensive, and centralized expression of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. The signature theoretical achievement is the proposal and systematic elaboration of the idea of building the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and building Socialist Rule of Law in China. The proposal of a new category of the rule of law system is the most prominent theoretical contribution of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law to the treasure trove of human thought on the rule of law. |
