| i>The Journal of China University of Petroleum (Social Sciences Edition), in its 40 years of innovative development, has developed its own distinctive features and advantages. It has been adhering to the active promotion of Marxism with Chinese characteristics in the contemporary era, highlighting the political nature of the journal; it has always served the national strategy and local economic and social development, emphasizing the think tank role of the journal; it has consistently pursued active theoretical exploration and academic innovation, underlining the journal 's creativity. Moreover, it has constantly supported the development of young academic talents and promoted the construction of academic disciplines, emphasizing the platform role of this academic journal. All these represent the experiences and principles of the journal 's development, which shall be maintained and enhanced by recognizing the importance of running a high-quality academic journal for the university. It is crucial to provide strong support for the effective operation of the journal, aiming to elevate its academic standards and social influence to a new level. This will contribute to the development of philosophy, social sciences, and the university 's mission of "fostering virtue through education". |
