| 如何提升数字经济发展水平、增强数字贸易国际竞争力是企业高质量发展过程中亟待解决的关键问题之一。创新型产业集群试点对提升数字贸易国际竞争力具有重要影响,因此需对其政策效果及传导渠道进行探讨。研究发现:创新型产业集群试点对我国数字贸易国际竞争力具有显著的正向影响；数字经济发展水平和电子商务市场规模在创新型产业集群试点对数字贸易国际竞争力的影响中发挥中介效应；创新型产业集群试点不仅能提升本城市的数字贸易国际竞争力,也能显著提升周边城市的数字贸易国际竞争力；创新型产业集群试点对数字贸易国际竞争力的间接效应大于直接效应；创新型产业集群试点具有显著的地区异质性、创新人才数量的异质性、数字基础设施建设的异质性。因此,应加大ICT基础设施投资,加快推进数字产业化,培养和引进数字人才,充分发挥创新型产业集群试点对数字贸易国际竞争力的促进作用。 |

| How to improve the level of digital economy development and enhance digital competitiveness is one of the urgent problems that enterprises need to solve in the process of high-quality development. The pilot policy of innovative industrial clusters plays an important role in promoting the international competitiveness of digital trade. The article explores the policy effects and transmission channels of innovative industrial clusters in enhancing digital competitiveness. The pilot policy of innovative industrial clusters has a significant positive impact on China 's digital competitiveness. The level of digital economy development and the scale of the e-commerce market play a mediating role in the impact of pilot innovative industrial clusters on the international competitiveness of digital trade. The pilot policy of innovative industrial clusters can not only enhance the international competitiveness of digital trade in this city, but also significantly enhance the international competitiveness of digital trade in surrounding cities. The indirect effect of innovative industrial cluster pilot policies on digital competitiveness is greater than the direct effect. The pilot policies for innovative industrial clusters exhibit significant regional heterogeneity, the heterogeneity of the number of innovative talents and the heterogeneity of digital infrastructure construction. Therefore, we should increase investment in ICT infrastructure, accelerate the cultivation and introduction of digital talents through the advancement of digital industrialization, and fully leverage the role of innovative industrial cluster pilots in enhancing the international competitiveness of digital trade. |
