| 在“双碳”目标驱动的生态文明建设进程中,能源实践体系转型引致并形塑能源文化新形态。以马克思主义自然辩证法为方法论基础,构建“实践转型—文化生成”的分析框架,围绕“能源实践体系何以转型、又如何生成能源文化新形态”这一主线展开分析,从而界定能源实践体系与能源文化新形态的内涵。“双碳”目标驱动下的中国能源实践体系正在呈现系统结构重塑、低碳技术跃迁、制度创新驱动和民生福祉导向四重转型特征；能源转型也并非停留于技术经济层面,而是通过价值观念的生态化转向、行为准则的低碳化重构和制度文化的创新性融合,推动形成以生态理性、系统协同和实践创新为核心特征的能源文化新形态。能源文化新形态既是中国能源革命持续深化的文化表达,也是生态文明建设在能源领域由“结构调整”迈向“文明更新”的重要标志。其意义体现在两个方面:理论层面上,丰富拓展了马克思主义生态理论,为理解中国式现代化进程中能源转型、生态文明建设与治理现代化的内在统一关系提供新的理论视角；实践层面上,为中国的能源转型与生态文明建设提供文化支撑,为发展中国家探索符合本国国情的绿色转型道路提供启示,并推动国际合作从单边规制逻辑转向更加公平、包容和协商性的治理逻辑。 |

| The transformation of China 's energy practice system and the subsequent emergence of a new energy culture paradigm are propelled by the "dual carbon" goals within the overarching framework of ecological civilization construction,This study employs an analytical framework of "practice transition-cultural formation" to explore the mechanisms of the energy practice system transitions and the genesis of a new energy culture, thereby defining their respective conceptualizations. Under the impetus of the dual carbon goals,China 's energy practice system is characterized by four principal transitionary features:the systemic structural reshaping, advancements in low-carbon technologies,transformations driven by institutional innovation, and a focus on people 's livelihood.Consequently, the energy transition transcends mere techno-economic considerations, fostering an emergent energy culture characterized by ecological rationality, systemic synergy,and practical innovation.This occurs through three pathways:the ecologization of values,the adoption of low-carbonization behavioural norms, and the innovation of institutional culture. This newly formed energy culture functions as a cultural manifestation of China 's deepening energy revolution and signifies a pivotal shift from "structural adjustment" to "civilizational renewal" within the energy sector of ecological civilization construction. Theoretically, it enriches and extends Marxist ecological theory,offering an alternative perspective on the inherent unity among energy transition, ecological civilization development, and governance modernization in the process of Chinese-style modernization. Practically,it provides cultural support for China 's energy transition and ecological civilization initiatives,offers insights for developing countries pursuing green transition pathways tailored to their unique circumstances,and promotes a shift from unilateral regulatory logic towards more equitable,inclusive,and deliberative governance logics in international cooperation. |
