| 新质生产力正引领能源领域生产、消费范式系统性变革,依靠其数智化、低碳化的特征为新型能源体系建设提供源源不断的动力。在系统总结新质生产力与新型能源体系特征的基础上,分析新质生产力赋能能源体系变革的理论机制与现实困境,提出新质生产力助力新型能源体系建设的实践路径。主要结论包括:第一,在现代化产业体系建设背景下,新型能源体系应具备生态友好、生产消费高效、能源供应有保障、竞争公平、惠及全民等特征;第二,新质生产力作为鼓励创新、环境友好的先进生产力,有助于能源体系向清洁低碳、高效节能、供给稳定、公平普惠转型;第三,新质生产力赋能新型能源体系建设仍面临科技自主创新水平不高、科研成果转化率低、区域发展不均衡等困境。未来,应加快培养高技能专业人才,加深产学研用融合程度;完善能源发展优惠政策,加强资金保障;优化新质生产力区域布局,实现能源体系全面转型。 |

| New quality productive forces are driving a paradigm shift in energy production and consumption, leveraging digital intelligence and low-carbon features to power the development of a new energy system. By systematically summarizing the core characteristics of new quality productive forces and the new energy system, this paper analyzes the theoretical mechanisms and practical challenges of using new quality productive forces to transform the energy system, and proposes targeted development pathways. Key findings include:First, under modern industrial system construction, the new energy system should feature eco-friendliness, efficient, secure energy supply, fair competition, and universal benefits. Second, new quality productive forces, promoting technological innovation and sustainability, enable a transition to a clean, low-carbon, energy-efficient, stable, and equitable energy system. Third, this transformation still faces prominent challenges, such as bottlenecks in scientific and technological innovation, insufficient international discourse power, low conversion rates of scientific research achievements, and uneven regional development. Future efforts should focus on building skilled talent pools, enhancing industry-academia-research integration, improving energy policies and funding, and optimizing regional deployment to achieve a comprehensive energy system transformation. |
