| 中国当代治理实践深刻揭示了中国共产党党性与政绩观之间的深层逻辑。党性作为党员干部政治核心要素,与政绩观呈“源与流”“尺与度”“知与行”的辩证统一关系。本质维度,党性决定政绩观方向,体现为源与流的关系；价值维度,党性标定公私分野,体现为尺与度的关系；实践维度,党性内化为政绩观,体现为知与行的关系。以党性树立和践行正确政绩观,要用“思想铸魂、检视整改、实干担当、制度约束”四位一体实践路径去落实。新时代新征程,深刻把握党性与政绩观的辩证统一关系,对于确保中国式现代化行稳致远、实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重大的理论意义与实践价值。 |

| Contemporary governance practices in China have profoundly revealed the deep theoretical logic between the Party spirit of the Communist Party of China and its view of political achievements. As the core political element of Party members and cadres, Party spirit is in a dialectical unity with the view of political achievements, presenting a relationship of "source and flow", "ruler and measure", and "knowledge and action". In terms of essence, Party spirit determines the direction of the view of political achievements, which is a relationship of source and flow; in terms of value, Party spirit defines the boundary between public and private interests, which is a relationship of ruler and measure; in terms of practice, Party spirit is internalized as the view of political achievements, which is a relationship of knowledge and action. To establish and practice a correct view of political achievements with Party spirit, a four-in-one practical path of "ideological soul-casting, inspection and rectification, practical responsibility, and institutional constraints" should be adopted. In the new era and on the new journey, deeply grasping the dialectical unity between Party spirit and the view of political achievements has significant theoretical and practical value for ensuring the steady and far-reaching progress of Chinese-style modernization and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
