| 党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央统揽世界百年未有之大变局和实现中华民族伟大复兴战略全局,从中国式现代化发展和安全的战略高度出发,洞察世界能源发展大势、回应能源强国建设使命召唤,创造性提出“四个革命、一个合作”能源安全新战略。这一战略内涵丰富、立意深远。它将推动能源消费革命作为保障国家能源安全的基础、以构建多轮驱动的能源供给革命为主导、以加快能源技术革命为第一动力、以实现能源体制革命为制度保障,并把全方位加强国际能源合作作为一个重要方面。能源安全新战略作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的能源安全篇,充分彰显了中国共产党人为民供能的根本立场,系统协调、居安思危的科学思维方式,自立自强的精神气质以及胸怀天下的宝贵品格。在能源安全新战略的指引下,中国能源进入了高质量发展与高水平安全并重的新阶段。 |

| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, with a keen grasp of both the momentous changes unseen in a century and the overarching goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, proceeding from the strategic height of advancing Chinese modernization while safeguarding national security, has gained deep insight into global energy development trends, answered the call to build China into an energy powerhouse, and creatively put forward the new energy security strategy of "Four Revolutions and One Cooperation." This strategy has rich connotations and profound intentions. It takes promoting the revolution in energy consumption as the foundation for safeguarding national energy security, establishing a multi-driven revolution in energy supply as the leading force, accelerating the revolution in energy technology as the primary driver, realizing the revolution in the energy system as the institutional guarantee, and strengthening all-round international energy cooperation as a key component. The new energy security strategy, as the energy security component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully embodies the CPC 's fundamental commitment to supplying energy for the people, the scientific approach of systemic coordination and remaining vigilant in times of peace, the spirit of self-reliance and self-strengthening, and the noble vision of embracing the world. Under the guidance of this strategy, China 's energy sector has entered a new stage where high-quality development and high-level security advance in parallel. |
