| 近年来,能源市场的复杂性和不确定性逐步增大,能源产业链韧性提升成为备受关注的议题。培育和发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点,亦是能源产业链韧性提升的重要抓手。在系统分析新质生产力对能源产业链韧性的作用机理的基础上,基于2011—2022年中国省级面板数据,从基础作用、异质作用、机制作用三个方面实证分析新质生产力对能源产业链韧性的影响。研究发现:新质生产力能够显著提升能源产业链韧性,并且对能源产业链韧性的影响因资源禀赋差异和资本错配程度而表现出异质性,在资源型地区和资本错配程度低的地区新质生产力对能源产业链韧性的提升作用更加明显;此外,产业结构升级在新质生产力对能源产业链韧性的影响中具有正向调节作用,而市场分割在其中具有负向调节作用。 |

| Enhancing Energy Industry Chain Resilience Through New Quality Productivity:Theoretical Mechanisms and Empirical Evidence |

| Against the backdrop of escalating complexity and volatility in global energy markets, enhancing the resilience of the energy industry chain has emerged as a critical strategic imperative. Cultivating and developing new quality productivity (NQP) represents not only an intrinsic requirement and pivotal lever for fostering high-quality development, but also a vital mechanism for bolstering the resilience of the energy industry chain. Based on a systematic clarification of the theoretical mechanisms through which NQP reinforces energy industry chain resilience, this paper conducts an empirical assessment using a balanced provincial panel dataset of China spanning from 2011 to 2022 across three dimensions:baseline effects, heterogeneous impacts, and transmission mechanisms. The empirical findings indicate that the development of NQP significantly drives the resilience improvement of the energy industry chain. Heterogeneity analyses reveal that this enabling effect exhibits substantial variations conditioned on resource endowments and capital mismatch levels; specifically, the positive impact of NQP is more pronounced in resource-based regions and areas characterized by lower degrees of capital mismatch. Furthermore, mechanism testing demonstrates that industrial structure upgrading plays a key positive moderating role through which NQP empowers energy industry chain resilience, whereas market segmentation exerts a significant negative moderating effect on this relationship. |
