| 科技创新是地区经济发展和获取竞争优势的内在驱动力,知识产权保护制度的建立与完善,为中国科技创新活动提供了重要的制度环境保障。知识产权保护具有明显的省域差异性特征,中国各省域科技创新情况存在较大差异。以中国31省市自治区为对象,研究知识产权保护制度背景下各省域科技创新效率,以期确定最优知识产权保护强度,通过健全知识产权法律法规、加强对技术创新成果的转化,以及完善省域科技创新系统渠道等措施最大限度地提升省域科技创新效率。 |

| Abstract: |
| Technological innovation is the internal driving force for regional economic growth to achieve competitive advantage. Establishing and improving intellectual property protection system is an important institutional and environmental guarantee for China 's technology innovation. As there are significant differences in intellectual property protection and science and technology innovation in different provinces, this paper studies the technological innovation efficiency of the 31 provinces and provincial cities of China to determine the optimal strength of intellectual property protection. Measures such as improving intellectual property laws and regulations, strengthening the transformation of technological innovation results and improving provincial technological innovation system channels shall be taken to realize the maximum increase of provincial science and technology innovation efficiency. |
